VENCERO WORLD — RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We at Vencero World strive to provide our customers with products of the highest quality. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and exchange policy below:

1. Return Request Window

  • Customers must raise a return or exchange request within 3 days of delivery.

  • To initiate a request, email us at venceroworld@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Return requests raised beyond 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.

2. Processing Time

  • Please allow us up to 3 business days to process your return/exchange request after it has been raised.

3. Return Options

  • We do not offer refunds to your original payment method.

  • Instead, you may choose between:

    • Exchange for a different size or product, subject to availability.

    • Store credit, which can be used on a future purchase.

4. Non-Cancellable Orders

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once placed on our website.

5. Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned in their original condition:

    • Unworn and unused

    • All original tags attached

    • Accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase

  • Items that are worn, damaged (unless at the time of delivery), or missing tags/invoice will not be accepted.

  • Returns can only be made once per order. Multiple return requests for the same order will not be entertained.

6. Return Shipping Fee

  • A flat fee of ₹100 will be deducted from your store credit or exchange value to cover forward and reverse shipping costs.

7. Damaged or Faulty Products

  • If your item is damaged or defective upon delivery, please contact us at venceroworld@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving the product.

  • Include photos or videos of the issue along with your email.

  • Once verified, we will offer a free exchange or store credit, and you will not be charged the ₹100 return fee in such cases.

8. Additional Information

  • Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.

  • Items purchased on sale or during special promotions may not be eligible for return or exchange unless faulty.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy conditions.
