  • We dispatch all orders within 24 working hours of order placement.

  • Once dispatched, orders are delivered within 2–7 working days depending on your location.

  • Weekends and public holidays are not considered working days, and our warehouse remains closed during these times.

2. Courier Services

  • We partner with reliable third-party courier services to ensure smooth delivery across India.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email and SMS on the contact details provided at checkout.

3. Editing Shipping Information

  • If your order has not yet been dispatched, we can assist with editing your shipping address or contact details.

4. Responsibility & Delays

  • Vencero World is not responsible for delivery delays caused due to:

    • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

    • Unreachable contact numbers or failed delivery attempts

  • In case of unusual or prolonged delays, please get in touch with us at:

  • We will coordinate with the courier service to escalate the issue and help resolve it at the earliest.

5. Out-of-Stock & Delayed Items

  • If any item in your order is out of stock, it may cause a delay in shipping.

  • In such cases, we will notify you promptly and:

    • Ship the product as soon as it becomes available, or

    • Offer a full refund if the delay exceeds 7 working days beyond the standard delivery timeline

6. Tracking & Notifications

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email and SMS once your order is dispatched.

  • This will include your tracking number and courier partner information.
